FAQ

1. Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Everything 5 Pounds for a full refund excluding any admin charges and shipping. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days of purchase. If, however, you order has already been processed you will need to return the order to us. Please read the return or exchange an item section below. 

2. Return or Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Your order number must be display clearly on the package, in order for us to accept the return. We will then issue a full refund, within 45 days, on receipt, excluding shipping and 20% administration charge ( unless faulty or an error on our side ) for handling the return or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. 

Please note: 
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
 ( All returns must be sent using recorded / tracked mail )

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

  find and complete the Customer Refund Exchange Request Form ( If no form was attached then add your reason for sending to the invoice ) which was sent you with your order, and send both the invoice and parcel to us at:

3. Faulty Item

If the item that you have received is faulty please contact the customer care team quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, with confirmation of whether you would like to exchange or a refund. We will then advise you upon how to proceed.

4. What if I received the wrong item?

If the item that you have received is incorrect please contact the customer care team quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, with confirmation of whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then advise you upon how to proceed. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  

5. IMPORTANT : Please note when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original condition with the relevant documentation within the time-scales specified above. We WILL NOT accept returns for LINGERIE, NIGHTWEAR, HOSIERY, LEGGINGS, WIGS & SWIMWEAR for hygiene reasons unless It is faulty.  We also can not accept Leggings, Socks and Hosiery as returns If the packaging is opened. ON SALE products are also non refundable

We are very strict about returns due to very low profit margins on products. We are concentrating more on providing better services and low prices. More work means more man power and higher prices. Some Customers put everything in one bag without packaging and product numbers and assume They will be sorted once it arrives in our warehouse but unfortunately it is not that simple. Therefore We will not accept or give any refunds for products that has been worn ( other than trying on ), has tobacco or cigarette smell, damaged packaging, Product / Style numbers missing or product packaging misplaced with another product. 

6. SIZING INFO

Most of our products are One Size although we do have regular size items as well. 

One Size fits 8 and 10 . Some Low 12 Women can also fit into one size clothes. 

Small is Size 8, Medium is Size 10, Large is Size 12 and XL is Size 14.

SM is 8/10, ML is 10/12 and LXL is Size 12/14
