Please Note that We charge additional £1 per item / per 100 gram whichever is higher at the time of your purchase.

For all other international deliveries there is a maximum of 10 items per order.

We may change these restrictions from time to time. ** Euro Zone prices valid up to first 500 grams, above that weight We add £3.00

UK STANDARD DELIVERY 

If you choose to have your goods delivered by UK Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 3-4 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than 14:00 (2:00pm). We have indicated the estimated delivery times in the below table as a guideline only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times due to Royal Mail internal issues and postal strikes

Please be advised that UK Standard Delivery is not possible over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

To receive your order within 1-2 working days you must place your order by no later than 13:00 (1:00pm). However, please note there are some exceptions as explained below,

Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday but before 13:00 on Friday, will be delivered on Saturday.**
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday but before 12:00 on Saturday, will be delivered the following Tuesday.**
Orders placed after 12:00 on Saturday will be delivered the following Tuesday.**

** Please Note that above delivery times are estimated and out of our control. We rely on Royal Mail Delivery Times.

UK NEXT DAY GUARANTEED by 9AM DELIVERY ( Special Delivery ) 

To receive your order the next day you must place your order by no later than 13:00 (1:00pm). However, please note there are some exceptions as explained below,

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.**
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday but before 12:00 on Monday, will be delivered the following Tuesday.**
Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

WHAT DELIVERY CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS IN?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

UK & Republic of Ireland

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Please note for the Next Day Delivery service, the following areas may take 3 – 5 working days – Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands.

We also have a Republic of Ireland delivery services and customers ordering for the Republic of Ireland should order no later than 14:00 (2.00pm) in order to receive it in the next 2 to 3 working days. Please note that UK and Republic of Ireland deliveries can be made any time between 7:00am and 9:00pm. Please ensure there is access to the delivery address at all times during this period.

United States of America & Canada

We DO NOT ship to USA and Canada unless the payment is made using Paypal. This is due to high volume of fraudulent transactions .

International Delivery Service

We currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes Canada, United Arab Emirates, Turkey and certain countries within Europe including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia & Slovakia

Due to individual country custom requirements we unfortunately do not deliver to the following destinations – Andorra, Greenland, Gibraltar, Iceland, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City State, Russia, African States, Asia, South America. We apologise for any inconvenience cause.
